This tool was developed to help teachers in all levels to assess their level of readiness for designing and offering a MOOC as a stand-alone course or as a part of a course or program. It was developed as one of the outputs of a Erasmus+ Project, entitled as MODE-IT, by five institutions from Germany, Lithuania, Portuguese, Romania, and Turkey.
